Marco Natoli is an experienced Investment Manager, currently responsible for the deal screening and selection, structuring and negotiation activities of two Italian Venture Capital Funds: Innogest Capital (a 80 Million Euro VC Fund, focusing on Early Stage) and Piemontech (a 5 Million Euro Seed Fund, focusing on Angel investments). He is also leading the support activities to the portfolio companies, with direct involvement, as a member of the Board of Directors, in the revision and fine tuning of the company strategy and Business Plan, and actively supporting the company in opening commercial opportunities and in financial discussions with larger VCs for following rounds. Marco is also a contract Professor at Politecnico di Torino, teaching “Project Management” at the “Industrial Engineering and Management” graduation course and at the “e-Business” Master course. His past experience includes a two year long engagement as Senior Program Manager at Fondazione Torino Wireless, with the specific objective of developing the financial strategy for the Technological District of Piedmont and of cooperating to the set up of the regional and macro regional Venture Capital Funds. Previously, Marco spent 7 years working in Management Consulting in some of the leading Big Five consulting companies: in Ernst & Young Consultants first, and Capgemini after 4 years, he covered the Project Manager and Account Manager roles, being responsible for the proposal and the delivery of several e-Business projects and of large Business Case evaluations for IT investments. Marco graduated with Honours in “Industrial Engineering and Management” at Politecnico di Torino.
